Open Call: One Emerging Asian Gallery for a Free Booth in New York

New Voice is an initiative created to open space for emerging Asian galleries to be seen, heard, and tested in New York — without predefined expectations or obligations.

We believe that before asking for visibility, content, or collaboration, the first step should be listening.

New Voice is not a sponsorship program, nor a marketing exchange.
It is an experimental platform built on one simple question:

“What do emerging Asian galleries need when entering New York?”

Winner gets​​

For the first selection of New Voice, one emerging gallery who cultivate the Asian young artist, participate in a fully supported exhibition opportunity in New York.

  • No booth fee

  • Consulting fair preparation support

  • Guidance on packaging, shipping, planning + timelines

  • Media exposure during the fair

  • A video + official website article documenting the process

Instead, we begin with a conversation.

Why only one gallery?

This first edition is a pilot.

Rather than scaling quickly, we want to take time to understand:

  • the realities emerging galleries face

  • what success means to them

  • and how New Voice can evolve into a meaningful long-term platform

The selected gallery will not only exhibit in New York but will also help shape the future direction of New Voice.

Who should apply

We welcome applications from:

  • Emerging galleries who cultivate young artist with Asian art

  • Galleries working with contemporary artists

  • Spaces interested in international dialogue, experimentation, and growth

You don’t have previous experience exhibiting in New York.
