PARKING
There is no parking available onsite. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own parking spaces. The nearest car park is Cheltenham Terrace Car Park.


INSTALLATION / DE-INSTALLATION:
Exhibitors are responsible for bringing all necessary tools, materials and manpower for packaging, installation, and deinstallation (cardboard, tape, and bubble wrap, etc.) 1. Manpower and Equipment
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their shipping company provides the necessary manpower to:
  • Unload and load artworks at the venue.
  • Deliver the artworks to the individual exhibition booths. (Focus Team will not be able to support this due to insurance issues) 2. Forklift and Tail Lift Requirements
  There will be no forklift available onsite. If exhibitors require a forklift to unload or load artworks, the shipping company must:
  • Bring a tail lift truck.
  • Or provide a forklift. 3. Artwork Unload/Load –
  Once Installation & Deinstallation dates are given to each individual (by FOCUS), the unloading/loading schedules will be provided to all individuals (by FOCUS) that indicates specific dates and time slots for:
  • Unloading artworks before the event.
  • Loading artworks after the event.
  All Exhibitors must adhere strictly to these schedules. Failure to do so may result in limited access to the unloading/loading space. If the shipping company    arrives more than 20 minutes later than the scheduled time, the shipping company may have to wait until the next spot becomes available. 4. Essential Tools and Equipment
  All exhibitors are required to bring their own tools and equipment necessary for packaging, installing, and deinstalling artworks (ex. cardboard, tape, and bubble wrap, etc.) Essential tools and equipment will not be prepared on site. Therefore, exhibitors are strongly advised to prepare adequately in advance to ensure a smooth setup and takedown process.


ART HANDLERS
If you require art handlers to manage their artworks, this service must be pre-requested and pre-paid. Failure to arrange this in advance will result in no availability of the services during the event. There will be a time limit for having art handlers. Everyone will have their own time slot and if you need more time, there will be an additional charge. For more details, please refer to our exhibitor guidance 2025 pack.

FLOOR PROTECTION
If you believe that the transportation of artwork could damage the floor, you must take measures to protect the floor accordingly. Any damage caused to the gallery’s floors during transportation, installation, or deinstallation of artworks will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitors.
 

IF YOU ARE SELLING DURING THE FAIR
If the buyer is leaving with the artwork during the event, please fill in the Artwork Release Form that will be checked at the exit of the fair.
